Huiming is the Commercial CFO for the Europe Region at Illumina, a leading innovator of DNA sequencing and array-based technologies in genomics. Before Illumina, Huiming spent more than 10 years with GE and GE Healthcare with senior leadership experience at a global scale. She has worked across multiple industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, and Financial Services. Huiming is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). She has lived and worked in more than 10 cities across 4 countries (China, US, UK, Italy). Outside of finance, Huiming has a strong interest in intercultural leadership and global talent’s development. She is passionate about helping non-finance professionals to master the essence of P&L management and business strategy development. Since 2020, Huiming has embarked on a research journey in organizational behavior at Bayes Business School, with a mission to bridge academia and practitioners, and to make sense of personal growth at work.
