Dinesh is a corporate finance professional who has led the build-out and continuous step-change of functions such as corporate development, FP&A, and corporate strategy in the most fast-paced and high-growth environments.
He has over 10 years of experience, of which the majority has been with high-growth tech companies and startups backed by the world’s most renown investors, and has earlier experience in larger corporations. He has seen an entire range of ups and downs. That includes:
- Raising capital under both favourable and challenging circumstances and executing M&A deals of total transaction value of over US$1 billion
- Setting up FP&A processes and teams from scratch while revenue grew from zero to double-digit millions and staff count more than tripled or quadrupled
- Overseeing significant restructuring exercises at corporate level amidst major macroeconomic or business-specific adverse events and/or environments
- Advising C-level executives on critical business decisions such as launching or shutting down a business unit, product, or territory, or other strategic internal projects
Dinesh is also a startup advisor, mentor, and an angel investor.
