Johan Olsson

CFO, UK, Volvo

Johan Olsson is the Chief Financial Officer for Volvo Car UK Ltd, the third largest market for the company worldwide, with a turnover of £1.5 billion.

His recent experience includes pioneering a new business and distribution model, leading finance and digital transformations, as well as shaping high-performing organisations. Johan has a deep understanding of the value-chain and a diverse skillset acquired by working across the company’s headquarters, commercial operations, industrial system and manufacturing plants, in 5 different countries over 2 continents.

His leadership is characterised by a transformational style of involving and engaging staff, using multichannel communication with an inclusive and educational narrative. Johan holds a Master’s degree in Business & Economics as well as a Bachelors in Pedagogy, both from Uppsala University in his native country, Sweden.

Naomi Hill

VP Finance, CFO Europe, Middle East and Africa

Naomi is Vice President and CFO for IBM’s business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously she spent fours years in a General Management role managing IBM’s Financing business in Japan and then Europe, responsible for growing and developing IBM’s value through innovative and leading Financing solutions.

Naomi’s Finance career with IBM has included global roles in the USA, plus European Consulting, Systems Hardware and Software CFO roles in Zurich and Madrid. In addition Naomi was CFO for IBM UK and Ireland where she was key in driving strategy and transformation of our go to market, operational and financial models.

Naomi holds post graduate qualifications in Banking and Treasury. She is a former Royal Naval reserve officer and non exec director of a London college. She chairs our IBM UK charitable trust and is a director of the IBM UK pension fund.

Sanja Keranovic

CFO, Serbia

Sanja graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She defended her Master’s thesis at the same faculty under the name “Supply chain in meat industry in Serbia” in 2013.

Sanja has been working for Dr Oetker Serbia since March 2021 as a CFO, and she has been in charge of controlling, finance and IT Technologies in this company.

Before she got employed with Dr Oetker Serbia, Sanja started her career in Delta Holding doo in 2006. She entered the company through internship and continued to work in Delta Agrar doo.

In 2008 she became a Director of finance and accounting at Yuhor ad,  and in 2015 a Finance director of Delta Food Processing group.

She is skilled in the field of Budgeting, Project Management, Strategic planning, Finance analysis.

She has been a member of the CFO Association of Serbia since 2018.

Irina is a Finance and Digital transformation executive with over 14 years’ international experience in the top FMCG (Pepsico and AB InBev) in various Finance, Revenue Management, Digital transformation, Commercial & Marketing roles. Irina is passionate about Finance, Technology and People development, she is an active advisor and mentor for tech startups and entrepreneurs.

Irina has an exceptional ability to identify & address growth opportunities and functional gaps, define and implement solutions, reinforced by business acumen and strategic thinking, outstanding process improvement capability, ability to map and translate business requirements to technical teams, leadership skills around scaling and developing high-performance teams, and cross-functional partners and stakeholders’ management.

Currently Irina is a Head of Revenue Management DACH in PepsiCo, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She is focusing on creating long, medium and short terms strategies for pricing architecture, promotion optimization, trade terms and mix within Beverages and Snacks categories, driving RGM (revenue growth management) digital transformation agenda and leading the Topline budgeting process.

Irina holds a MSc in International Economics, Finance and Credit, she is a certified Product Manager, Leader and Executive (PMC, PLC and PEC) from Product school and holds PMP® from Project Management Institute (PMI).

Hester Scotton

CFO

Hester initially joined Law Debenture in 2019 as Head of Internal Controls & Group MLRO and was then promoted to Chief Financial Officer in September 2020.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young, Hester has a strong track record across multiple finance disciplines and industries including experience at Legal & General, Bupa and Marks & Spencer.

Outside of work, Hester has a son called Rufus, along with being a keen runner and cyclist.  She has twice been European Middle Distance Duathlon Champion (Age Group 35-39) and regularly commutes on her bike or by foot to keep her miles up!

In lock down Hester inspired us all, completing 240 miles on her turbo trainer in just over 13 hours as part of the ‘World in a Day’ challenge, raising vital funds for NHS Charities Together.

Kerem Yilmaz

A global executive experience in finance, investment management, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Kerem served as Vice President at First Reserve Corporation focusing on industrial equipment and services investments globally, including investment origination and structuring, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management. Kerem’s experience includes playing a key role in the acquisition of Trillium Flow Technologies (formerly Weir Flow Control) by First Reserve in 2019. Before joining First Reserve, he worked at HSBC Principal Investments and started his career at Ernst & Young. Kerem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD.

Sarah joined Make-A-Wish in March 2021, as Director of Finance and Technology her role brings together Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Digital Products and Governance.

Previous roles have included Director of Finance and Operations for Social Investment Business who have provided over £400m of grant and loan funding and Head of Finance and Core Services for Cochrane, a global independent network of researchers, professionals, patients, carers, and people interested in health.

She is currently an independent Trustee (Finance) of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH).

Specialised in restructuring and re-building the finance function from merely accounting to a wider business partnering and strategic finance. Focused on the business model for a specific target market with the aim of financial sustainability and EBITDA growth.
