As the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services, Alan is responsible for the financial management, procurement, and corporate services of BCLC. Alan has a strong track record of leadership in both the public and private sectors, as well as the Royal Canadian Navy.
Prior to joining BCLC in January 2020, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Corporate Services for the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada. He was the Managing Director for Atco Frontec Europe and previously an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and held many roles including, Comptroller of the Navy and Head of Budget for the Department of National Defence.
Alan is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Masters degree in National Resource Strategy.
