Irina is passionate about Finance, Technology and People development, she is an active advisor and mentor for tech startups and entrepreneurs.
Irina has an exceptional ability to identify & address growth opportunities and functional gaps, define and implement solutions, reinforced by business acumen and strategic thinking, outstanding process improvement capability, ability to map and translate business requirements to technical teams, leadership skills around scaling and developing high-performance teams, and cross-functional partners and stakeholders’ management.
Currently Irina is a Head of Revenue Management DACH in PepsiCo, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She is focusing on creating long, medium and short terms strategies for pricing architecture, promotion optimization, trade terms and mix within Beverages and Snacks categories, driving RGM (revenue growth management) digital transformation agenda and leading the Topline budgeting process.
Irina holds a MSc in International Economics, Finance and Credit, she is a certified Product Manager, Leader and Executive (PMC, PLC and PEC) from Product school and holds PMP® from Project Management Institute (PMI).
